The entire manufacturing process begins with quality control and subsequent fruit washing.
The fruit goes to an industrial crusher where a puree is made, and this puree is passed through a series of meshes where all the liquid is extracted; or NFC juice, just by applying pressure.
The filters of industrial machinery only allow small particles to pass through, which includes the pulp that gives the characteristic turbidity of this juice.
Like other natural juices, this squeezed juice is between 10 and 12 brix degrees of natural apple sugars.
Most of these apples have low acidity, normally between 1.5% and 3.5% in citric acid, the low acidity of most of our varieties makes our apple juice less acidic than those from other origins, and is essential to be included in any manufacturing where you want to have a high quality product.

Another important characteristic of our apple juice is the natural content of ascorbic acid, which is at values greater than 150 ppm.

The differences between these two natural juices, as we say, are only in the suspended pulp of the product.
From a nutritional point of view, it is pointless to use clarified apple juice, since the pulp gives most of the natural benefits that this product has.
If you need clarified apple juice, the differences with a clarified concentrate are minimal, and it makes a lot of sense to change to this type of product.
Our squeezed NFC apple juice is packed in metal drums with aseptic bag of 200 liters, weighing about 230 kg.
As with other fruits, large consumers use 25 m tanks, although for this type of products the distance from the customer is critical, since the tanks are not pasteurized and the shelf life is short.
