Technical and Organoleptic Properties

Brix: 65 ±1

Total acidity: 10–12 g/L (as citric acid)

pH: <4, ensuring excellent microbiological stability

Color: deep violet-blue, stable throughout shelf life

Flavor and aroma: typical of natural blueberry, without oxidation or off-notes

Can the product be used directly in beverages?
No. It must be diluted with water to 10–12° Brix for balanced flavor and proper viscosity.

Does the color remain stable during storage?
Yes. Thanks to its controlled pH (<4), the product maintains its intense natural color for up to 12 months without turning brown.

What quality controls are applied?
Each batch undergoes organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses, in compliance with Codex Alimentarius, EU, and FDA standards.

What is the most suitable packaging for export?
Aseptic metal drums (250 kg) and bag in box 20 kg  are preferred for long-distance shipments due to their durability and safety.
