Mango concentrate cloudy, 50 bx, the pulp necessary and texture to include in different applications such as ice cream. We have an extra contribution of aroma, which makes it more useful since it has greater flavor power than others.

From this year it is also available in 10 and 20 kg frozen cubes for small factories and artisan manufacturers.
Storage of mango concentrate can be done refrigerated or frozen.
Both types of storage have their benefits for production.
The color of our mango concentrate is an essential quality parameter, since its enzymatic browning is normal if it is kept at temperatures above 20ºC.
The shelf life of refrigerated mango concentrate is usually 18 months from manufacturing. The shelf life of frozen mango concentrate can be up to 24 months, which allows us to use the product for longer in optimal conditions.
It is true that the product is aseptic and microbiologically stable, but storage at high temperatures would give rise to a natural enzymatic browning of the product.

Alphonso Mango, Considered one of the tastiest mangoes, has a dense, soft and very juicy pulp. It is notably sweet and aromatic, with a touch of acidity, Indian origin
Kent mango, has green skin with pink spots, a sweet and fibrous pulp, with a mild and sweet flavor, originally from the United States
Tommy Mango is one of the most common mangoes worldwide, it has a red and green skin, with a lot of fiber. The pulp is firm and sweet, with a touch of acidity.
