NFC squeezed natural orange juice is one of the most consumed juices worldwide. It is a juice squeezed directly from oranges using mechanical means, that is, it is a squeezed juice
The term NFC refers to the words «not from concentrate» which means that it is made from squeezed fruit.
This juicing is done by pressure, just like it is done at home.
The oranges arrive at the factory directly from the field, are selected, washed and directly go to production to be squeezed.
Once squeezed, they go directly to the pasteurization and packaging process.
Our orange juice comes from squeezing oranges grown in Spain, which are mainly grown in the areas of Valencia, Seville and Murcia.
There are many varieties of oranges used, the most appreciated is the Valencia orange, for its aroma and flavor superior to other varieties.
It is important to note that Valencia oranges are usually intended for fresh consumption, and we can rarely have them in the industry for juice production.
Other varieties from which the juice is extracted are Navel, Valencia Late, Salustiana, Lane late and Navelina.
All these varieties are usually mixed to achieve the necessary ratios as requested by our client. These ratios can range from 12 to 20 depending on the state of maturity.
The most appreciated ratios are those ranging from 17 to 18, since at these values the fruit is in a perfect state of maturity.

Among the different qualities of squeezed natural orange juice, we can find orange, bright yellowish color; corresponding to fruits with lower ratios or orange colors with brown touches, corresponding to oranges with higher ratios.
Both qualities are differentiated by acidity, with oranges with a lower ratio being more acidic in flavor and oranges with a higher ratio being sweeter.
