The product is generally clarified, with pulp content in diluted juice below 6%, in accordance with international standards for fruit concentrates.
This concentrate is mainly used as an ingredient in jams, ice creams, bakery products, dairy desserts, and confectionery.It can also be diluted directly to produce beverages or used in its pure form to enhance flavor and color in food applications.
