Regarding the pulp, raspberry concentrate is usually clarified and the pulp centrifuged in diluted juice should be below 6% as in most clarified concentrates.
This organic raspberry concentrate is mainly used as an ingredient in beverages, ice cream, pastries, dairy desserts and the candy industry. Many customers use to produce organic raspberry syrup, due to the low pulp content, that makes that this product dont have pulp decantation
