Baor Products is a manufacturer and distributor of 65 brix raspberry concentrates.
The raspberry concentrate has an intense dark red color and also violet tones, very similar to fresh fruit. The consistency is thick and viscous, which makes it very easy to mix and measure. Furthermore, as it is soluble in water, its incorporation into different manufacturing processes is very simple.
Regarding the pulp, pineapple concentrate is usually clarified and the centrifuge pulp in diluted juice should be below 6% as in most concentrates.
This concentrate is mainly used as an ingredient in jams, ice cream, pastries, dairy desserts and the candy industry.
Raspberry concentrate can be used in direct dilution to make a drink as well as used pure to add to ice cream.

The packaging of this raspberry is usually in 265 kg net drums, although we can also present it in 20 kg bibs or 10 kg frozen cubes for small manufacturers.
